  • Shipping delays may occur due to customs clearance for international orders

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer service team immediately.

We stand behind the quality of our security camera systems and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms of our Return and Refund Policy.

Dispute resolution:
